How long does it take?
Your bespoke garment will be crafted by our design team using the finest 100% cashmere, and delivered to you within 4–6 weeks.
How to place your made-to-order request
It’s simple — here’s how it works:
- Get in touch: Email us at customers@loopcashmere.co.uk or call (+44)113 8245976 from 9am to 6pm, every day. Louise will take you through every step, making sure your dream cashmere piece becomes a reality.
- Tell us what you’d like: your chosen style, colour, and size.
- Once details are confirmed with our team, you can complete your purchase securely online.
We’ll keep you updated at each step — from crafting to delivery. And you can always call us or email us at any point, if you need to get more updates!
Please note that bespoke pieces are made especially for you, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
